Superintendent
Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial projects? Our client, a well-respected general contractor based in Nashville, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented leader to join their growing team.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites
 - Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery
 - Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
 - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
 - Solve problems on the fly and keep projects on track and within budget
 
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
 - Proven track record of managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
 - Strong leadership and communication skills
 - OSHA certification preferred
 - Local or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
