Business Development Manager (South Central)
The Business Development Manager (DFW) will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong customer relationships within the industrial/manufacturing industry. This position is based in Dallas and focuses on identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objectives.

Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DFW region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Profile
A successful Business Development Manager (DFW) should have:
- Proven expertise in sales and business development within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Capability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Job Offer
- Guaranteed compensation up to $155,000 for the first 2 years, plus uncapped comission.
