Description

• Guide the construction process from pre-development through final completion.
• Direct and coordinate contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
• Ensure strict adherence to LIHTC and all regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Cultivate strong relationships with developers, lenders, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits regularly, maintaining a focus on safety, risk management, and quality control.
• Lead project meetings, deliver clear updates, and address challenges with proactive solutions.

Profile

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in LIHTC, affordable housing, or multifamily development. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel in fast-paced settings where each day brings new challenges. Strong skills in budgeting, regulatory compliance, and communication are key to your success. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and certifications such as PMP are considered a strong advantage.
