Corporate Recruiter

Seeking a proactive and experienced Corporate Recruiter at there Bronx headquarters. Recruiting a wide range of corporate functions. This is a high-impact, hands-on recruiting role where you'll partner with hiring managers and new leadership to support full-cycle recruitment needs.

Originally a UK based company that sources, prepares, and delivers fresh food, including fruit, vegetables, dairy, and seafood, primarily to the food service industry and professional kitchens across the country.

Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10-15 corporate roles across departments including Merchandising, IT, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and Finance

• Prioritize and lead hiring for Merchandising (Category Merchant roles - grocery, pet, snacks), IT, and Industrial Engineering positions

• Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and lead outreach strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source top talent; experience with ATS such as Kronos/UKG preferred

• Guide and support newer team leaders through hiring processes, coaching them on interview best practices and candidate evaluation

• Sell and represent the employer brand effectively during all stages of the hiring process

• Collaborate closely with one internal team member and the Chief People Officer

• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment journey

• Be self-sufficient, flexible, and resourceful especially important in a fast-moving, evolving hiring environment

Profile

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization

• Strong background in IT recruitment is highly preferred; experience with merchandising and industrial engineering roles is a plus

• Prior experience recruiting for a broad range of corporate functions

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Kronos/UKG experience a plus)

• Confident with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed

• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Background in agency recruiting is welcome
