Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.Oversee field operations and site supervision
• Manage subcontractors, schedule, and daily site activity
• Ensure project safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate with PMs and project teams
• Lead site logistics and reporting

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Raleigh (Travel) should have:

• Experience in CMAR, design-build, or hard bid projects
• Strong background in field leadership and site execution
• Ability to travel short-term (10-16 months)
• Solid tenure with reputable GCs

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 100.000 to USD 120.000 annually.
• $2,175/month per diem
• $800-$1,000/month vehicle allowance
• Long-term Raleigh placement after project completion
