Superintendent - Raleigh (Travel)
Seeking a Superintendent to support a project in Charlotte before transitioning to permanent Raleigh-based work. Excellent opportunity for candidates open to short-term travel.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any on-site challenges effectively and efficiently.Oversee field operations and site supervision
- Manage subcontractors, schedule, and daily site activity
- Ensure project safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinate with PMs and project teams
- Lead site logistics and reporting
Profile
A successful Superintendent - Raleigh (Travel) should have:
- Experience in CMAR, design-build, or hard bid projects
- Strong background in field leadership and site execution
- Ability to travel short-term (10-16 months)
- Solid tenure with reputable GCs
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from USD 100.000 to USD 120.000 annually.
- $2,175/month per diem
- $800-$1,000/month vehicle allowance
- Long-term Raleigh placement after project completion
