Underwriting Analyst/Associate/Project Manager
The Underwriting Analyst/Associate/Project Manager will play a critical role in evaluating and managing property-related projects, ensuring compliance, and supporting the underwriting process for LIHTC and Section 8 projects and deals. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the property industry and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Description
- Underwriting affordable housing deals as part of a strong, dynamic team
- Site analysis and selection, working closely with leaders, architects, agencies, contractors and other internal teams
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to support property underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for property-related projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all underwriting and project management activities.
- Support the development of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on project objectives.
