Quality Engineer

This position focuses on developing and maintaining quality plans for complex components while monitoring process capabilities and driving corrective actions. Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Support new product development by providing quality input during the design and testing phases.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:
