- Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve performance goals.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
