Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities for a ground-up multifamily project in Steamboat Springs.

  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, safety programs, and day-to-day field operations.

  • Drive project milestones, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to plans, and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate closely with project management, ownership, design teams, and local authorities.

  • Create and maintain a positive, solutions-focused site culture that keeps the project moving smoothly.

  • Operate proactively in a mountain-build environment-anticipating weather, logistics, accessibility, and sequencing challenges unique to the region.

  • Deliver a safe, clean, organized jobsite that reflects the client's high standards.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Lead Superintendent with proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects and navigating the complexities of mountain construction. This person is confident running a site from mobilization to closeout, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
