MEP Superintendent - Charlotte, NC

Our client is a well-established, employee-owned GC with a strong presence across North Carolina, specializing in large-scale education and commercial projects. With consistent growth and leadership rooted in top-tier firms, the business combines big-project expertise with a family-oriented environment.
Description
- Lead all MEP scopes on a $150M ground-up K-12 project
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure MEP systems integration
- Manage quality, safety, and schedule for MEP activities
- Work alongside Sr PM, PE, and multiple Superintendents onsite
- Drive project execution across a 3+ year timeline
Profile
A successful MEP Superintendent should have:
- Proven Superintendent experience with strong tenure
- Deep MEP oversight experience on large construction projects
- K-12 or academic project experience preferred
- Background with top-tier GCs (e.g., Skanska, Turner) a plus

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
