Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and requirements.
• Analyze project plans and documentation to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review and analyze bids and proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide guidance and support during the bidding process and pre-construction planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Profile

A successful Construction Senior Estimator must have:

• 10+ years of construction estimating experience
