Construction Project Manager - Light Industrial
Client Details

- Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Drive quality assurance and maintain client satisfaction
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
