Description

Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Orange County

  • Lead and oversee OSHPD building and construction projects from start to finish in Los Angeles.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and local building codes and healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high safety and quality standards.
