The Engineering Manager will be hands on in a full stack capacity, assisting in the in strategic growth and development of a cutting-edge payment-based platform. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a global team, building a scalable platform in an evolving, technology driven environment

Description

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• A strong background in Full Stack engineering, with experience in the crypto/ blockchain/ payments industry
• Hands on experience in Front End languages; such as React and Typescript
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting clear goals and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and career advancement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the team adopts the latest technologies and best practices.
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve project success while maintaining cost efficiency.

Profile

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

• A strong background in Full Stack engineering, with experience in the crypto/ blockchain/ payments industry
• Hands on experience in Front End languages; such as React and Typescript
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Competitive base salary of $200,000 - $240,000 annually, depending on experience.
