Social Media Manager
As Social Media Manager, you'll be both creator and strategist, owning organic social presence across platforms. Translate their health mission into compelling content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue while leading strategy, content planning, copy, and social analytics!

- Spearhead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
- Develop and execute a data-informed social strategy aligned with brand goals and audience targets
- Stay current on platform trends, campaigns, and creative directions
- Define and refine brand voice and messaging across all social channels
- Create new ideas for social content and campaigns
- Own the creation, management, and execution of the social content calendar
- Ideate, create, and edit high-performing social content
- Lead organic content efforts, optimize content for reach and engagement, and tailor content for platform-specific audiences across all channels
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and produce custom social content as needed

Track and analyze social performance metrics to evaluate content and campaign success

Provide social coverage for photoshoots, brand events, and activation's as needed

Plan and execute giveaways and sweepstakes to drive engagement and follower growth
Profile
Looking for a Social Media Manager who...
- 3+ years of experience in a social media marketing role
- Deep knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms, and best practices
- Strong visual sensibility with excellent asset curation and design skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment
- Proficient in photo and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), as well as Excel, Word, Keynote, and related software
- Working understanding of SEO, including keyword research, Google Analytics, UTM creation, and the relationship between search and social
- Experience with tools such as Trello, Slack, and Dash Hudson is a plus
- Collaborative, creative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
