Construction Project Manager - Ground-up Commercial
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage high-quality construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Description
- Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles.
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
