Project Manager- $100M Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a landmark $100M+ multifamily development in Boca Raton. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project from groundbreaking through delivery with a respected Florida-based GC.

Description

• Oversee all phases of a $100M+ multifamily project, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide leadership to project staff, mentoring APMs and other junior team members.

Profile

• 8+ years of project management experience with a proven track record on large-scale multifamily developments ($100M+).

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry best practices.

• Exceptional organizational, financial management, and leadership skills.

• Ability to foster strong relationships with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
