Project Manager- Multifamily Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a ground-up 30+ story multifamily apartment project in Miami, Florida. This is an opportunity for a proven leader to deliver large-scale, high-profile construction while guiding a talented project team from start to finish.

Description
Lead all phases of a high-rise multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and city officials to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
Direct, mentor, and support project engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.
Anticipate and mitigate risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and cost control reporting.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction management experience with a proven track record delivering high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects of 30+ stories. They must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large project teams and complex stakeholder relationships. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
