Project Manager- Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a ground-up 30+ story multifamily apartment project in Miami, Florida. This is an opportunity for a proven leader to deliver large-scale, high-profile construction while guiding a talented project team from start to finish.

Description

• Lead all phases of a high-rise multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful delivery.

• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and city officials to maintain compliance and resolve issues.

• Direct, mentor, and support project engineers, assistant PMs, and superintendents.

• Anticipate and mitigate risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and cost control reporting.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction management experience with a proven track record delivering high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects of 30+ stories. They must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large project teams and complex stakeholder relationships. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
