Description

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to determine project requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns for clients and stakeholders.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends.
• Support the team in bid preparation and submission processes.
