Description

• Lead public work projects from planning through turnover, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Oversee all project phases, including scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Proactively manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies

• Maintain compliance with all city, state, and federal requirements while driving safety initiatives

• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Profile

• Qualified Experience in Construction Project Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
