Project Manager - DSA - Construction

We are seeking an experienced DSA Project Manager to lead and oversee K-12 and higher education construction projects in compliance with DSA standards. Description

Responsibilities for Project Manager - DSA - Construction in Long Beach

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to DSA guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among project teams.
