Project Superintendent - DSA Construction

Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
• Enforce compliance with DSA (Division of the State Architect) standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure job site.

Profile

A successful Project Superintendent - DSA Construction should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly DSA-regulated projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve project challenges promptly.
• Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
