Remote Contract Business Immigration Attorney
Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. There are multiple openings with various types of work. There is potential to be converted into a permanent Associate. The roles will focus on business immigration matters, including: NIV, IV, RFEs, AoS, etc.

Description
Contract duration from 3-6+ months with ability to be extended.
The roles will be focused on handling a high volume caseload, including:
- Handling business immigration matters, including: IV, NIV, PERM, RFEs and AoS matters
- Working under tight deadlines
- Writing intensive cases may be involved (O-1, EB-1, EB-2. EB-3, L-1, etc.)
- Working in a collaborative team environment
Profile
- JD or LLM
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Experience with some or all of the following business immigration case types: IV, NIV, PERM, RFEs, AoS
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
- Excellent case management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
