Description
- Manage all phases of light industrial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
- Address and resolve any project-related challenges proactively.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
- Support the bidding process by reviewing contracts and participating in negotiations.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing light industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- The ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
