Traveling Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects within the property industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and records.
• Travel to various project sites as required.

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• Experience building Data Centers or High-End Restaurants REQUIRED
• Proven experience in construction project management within the property industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Ability to travel to various locations as required by the role.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and technical documents.
