People operations partner
We're looking for a dynamic and versatile People Operations Partner with a strong background in the tech industry, a proven track record in technical recruiting, and hands-on experience as an HR Generalist. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of technology companies and can balance strategic talent acquisition with day-to-day HR operations.

Description
Technical Recruiting
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and source top technical talent (engineers, product managers, designers, etc.).
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Optimize recruiting metrics and ATS workflows for efficiency and candidate experience.
HR Generalist Functions
Support employees throughout the HR lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
Advise managers on performance management, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (local, state, federal).
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity.
People Strategy & Projects
Contribute to HR initiatives such as DEI, employer branding, learning & development, and organizational design.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to support business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Finance, and IT for people-related initiatives.
Profile
3-6 years of experience in the tech industry, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
2+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, either in-house or agency-side.
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Operations role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, Gusto, or similar.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
Passion for tech and a deep understanding of technical roles and terminology
