Our client, a well-established general contractor based in Knoxville, is looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Manage all on-site activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain strong communication with project managers and stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with project management software (preferred).
