Senior Project Manager - MEP Focus
Client Details

- Oversee all phases of large-scale commercial projects, from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead coordination of MEP systems, ensuring integration with architectural and structural components
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
- Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Facilitate client meetings and provide detailed progress reports
- Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Mentor and guide project teams to achieve operational excellence
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on MEP systems
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects (100k-500k sq. ft.)
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems integration
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
