Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are available as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
• Supervise and mentor construction teams to maintain high standards of work quality.
• Conduct inspections to ensure completed work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• Experience in construction management or a related field.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
