Superintendent - Data Centers
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead data center construction projects near the Wisconsin-Illinois border. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-performance infrastructure.

Description
- Manage day-to-day site operations for data center builds.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years focused on data center projects.
- Proven experience managing ground-up and retrofit data center builds.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and construction sequencing.
- Familiarity with Tier III and Tier IV data center standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the Wisconsin-Illinois border region.
