Client Details

A leading, well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in OSHPD / HCAI healthcare construction

Description

• Lead all on-site construction activities for OSHPD/HCAI-regulated projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and inspections
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHPD/HCAI standards and documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum
• Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce all site safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on OSHPD / healthcare construction projects
• Strong knowledge of California healthcare building codes and compliance processes
• Experience delivering ground-up or major renovation hospital projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced job sites

Job Offer
