Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with ground up commercial and industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
