MEP Project Manager
The MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction for projects that are concentrated in the public space.

Description
- .Plan and organize work, ensuring the right personnel are assigned to appropriate tasks.
- Hire and support employees, providing necessary training and taking disciplinary action when required.
- Coordinate tasks across different sites to ensure uniformity and project completion.
- Ensure timely project completion to build client trust and avoid penalties.
- Manage budgets by accurately estimating costs and minimizing unnecessary expenses.
- Procure and allocate resources efficiently to prevent shortages and delays.
- Manage internal and external risks, including poor planning designs and government policies, that may impact the project.
- Assist with submittals.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Utility, and HVAC (preferred) work.
- Preferred experience working with local unions such as 200, 628, 28, 1 (plumbers), and 20.
- Preferred experience working with the MTA, SCA, SUCF, State, and Port Authority.
- Experience with computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Bluebeam, Planswift, Construct Connect and others.
- Proficiency with construction portals such as Procore, Building Connected, Fieldwire, etc.
