Description

Construction Project Manager:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on project status.
• Ensure all safety regulations and compliance standards are strictly followed on-site.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and implement effective solutions.
• General knowledge of Building and Construction codes.
