Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate civil construction projects within the building and construction industry in Albany, NY. This role requires expertise in managing projects efficiently and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Description
Construction Project Manager:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
- Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on project status.
- Ensure all safety regulations and compliance standards are strictly followed on-site.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and implement effective solutions.
- General knowledge of Building and Construction codes.

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
