Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary project details.
• Analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate pricing information.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide expertise on project budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Track and report on project costs throughout the construction process.
