Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for managing complex commercial construction projects? Our client, a well-established general contractor based in Knoxville, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of high-impact builds.

Description
- Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and proactively address challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
