International Benefits Specialist | Hybrid in NYC
The International Benefits Specialist will manage and oversee global employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness across the firm. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in benefits administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Description
- Oversee the administration of international employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to address benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on best practices.
- Analyze and evaluate current benefit plans, recommending improvements to align with employee needs and market trends.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Ensure accurate benefits data management and reporting, leveraging HR systems.
- Provide training and communication materials to employees regarding benefit options and changes.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to international benefits programs.

Profile
A successful International Benefits Specialist should have:
- Strong knowledge of global benefits practices and compliance requirements in the professional services industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex benefit programs and vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Workday.
- Bachelors degree (required).
