Description

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns.
• Support the Superintendent in resolving on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for the project.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 3-5+ years in Assistant Superintendent position
• Extensive experience with Ground Up, Multifamily projects
• Commutable to Weston, MA
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
