Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Description
- Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders
- Drive problem-solving and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Profile
The successful candidate has proven project management experience in healthcare construction, with a strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead teams and subcontractors effectively.
