Description

The General Superintendent will lead and oversee field operations across multiple active projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls are consistently met. Drive project planning, master scheduling, and coordination with project management teams, subcontractors, and inspectors. Mentor and develop Superintendents and field staff, standardize best practices, and proactively resolve constructability, sequencing, and manpower challenges. Champion jobsite safety, client satisfaction, and operational excellence from preconstruction through closeout.

Profile

The ideal General Superintendent has extensive experience leading multifamily and commercial construction projects, either as a Senior Superintendent ready for advancement or as an established General Superintendent. They bring strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. This individual is highly organized, decisive, and collaborative, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
