(Senior) Estimator - Raleigh
This premier, family-owned general contractor and developer expanding its footprint in Raleigh. High-impact opportunity for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to play a key role in a growing preconstruction team with clear leadership progression.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates using CostX for complex commercial and federal projects
- Support preconstruction efforts across healthcare, life sciences, and federal bids
- Collaborate with operations and project teams using Procore
- Work closely with the Preconstruction Director on bid strategies
- Contribute to building and scaling the estimating function in Raleigh
Profile
A successful (Senior) Estimator should have:
- Experience as an Estimator; Senior-level capability preferred
- Federal project experience ideal; commercial experience considered
- Strong analytical and cost planning skills
- Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with CostX (required) and Procore (preferred)
Job Offer
$125,000 - $175,000 base salary + benefits
- Discretionary bonus based on performance and title
- 3-4 weeks PTO depending on seniority
