Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects in the $75M-$100M range

• Manage subcontractors, site staff, and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP scopes throughout all phases of construction

• Maintain and update project schedules, daily reports, and site logistics plans

• Enforce safety programs and quality control standards on-site

• Drive project milestones through closeout and turnover

Profile

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects

• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects valued at $75M+

• Strong background in ground-up construction

• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple trades, and maintain site accountability

• Experience with construction scheduling and reporting tools

• Strong communication and leadership skills
