Customer Service & Procurement Manager
As the Customer Service & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team and managing procurement activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The role oversees order processing, vendor negotiations, inventory coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Oversee procurement and supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and meet their unique needs.
- Monitor client feedback and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and propose improvements.
- Provide training and support to team members to uphold service quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Profile
A successful Customer Service & Procurement Manager should have:
- Experience in procurement and supply chain within the Food & Bev industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
- Knowledge of industry trends and commitment to staying updated.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for procurement and customer management.
