The Assistant Project Manager will provide support in managing construction projects within the property industry. This role is based in Manhattan and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to ensure project success.

Description

  • Assist in coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Support in procurement and contract management processes.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
