This firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join this law firm. The role requires a proven track record of leading teams, vendor management, and office administration.

This historic global law firm is headquarted in Texas and has office locations all over the world.
Description
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead a team of 13 legal secretaries and 5 office support staff
- Manage budgeting for the Dallas office
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and organize documentation for easy access.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Office Administrator should have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Proven experience management teams, in a legal setting strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily tasks efficiently.
- Experience in administrative roles within the professional services industry.
- Proficiency in office software applications and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
