The Commercial Interiors Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations for high-end commercial interior projects, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, inspections, and safety while acting as the primary point of contact throughout construction.

Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries

• Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues

• Conduct inspections and ensure work meets contract documents and quality standards

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and design teams

Profile

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent specializing in commercial interior fit-outs, with strong leadership and organizational skills. They are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to manage fast-paced interior projects while maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.
