Description

Project Engineer Duties:

• Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
• Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
• Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
• Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
• Maintain OSHA requirements
• Mentor less experienced construction professionals
• Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
• Travel required

Profile

Qualified Project Engineer qualifications:

• 1-3 years of construction experience
• eager to learn and grow career
• Interest in learning federal construction projects (USACE projects like Military hangers, training facilities, etc)
• Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a plus
