Sr. Project Manager - High-End Condo

Michael Page Delray Beach, FL (Onsite) Full-Time
$170,000 - $190,000/Year

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead the successful delivery of ultra-luxury condominium and high-end residential projects in South Florida. This role requires a seasoned construction professional with deep expertise in ground-up high-rise development and a strong understanding of the South Florida market.

Description

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end condominium construction projects ($100M+ preferred)
  • Manage all phases of construction including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and turnover
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Drive project performance to meet or exceed timeline, cost, and quality expectations

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for owners, developers, architects, and consultants
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies

Preconstruction & Design Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure constructability and cost efficiency
  • Oversee value engineering efforts while maintaining luxury design intent
  • Participate in budgeting, estimating, and subcontractor buyout processes

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls
  • Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Construction Oversight

  • Lead field teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee quality control to meet high-end finishes and luxury specifications

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

  • Select, negotiate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure performance aligns with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations

Risk Management

  • Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Resolve issues related to design, scope, schedule delays, and costs

Profile

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of construction management experience
  • Significant experience managing luxury condominium or high-rise residential projects
  • Demonstrated success leading projects in South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach)
  • Experience with projects involving complex façade systems, high-end interiors, and premium amenities


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)


Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Deep understanding of South Florida building codes, permitting, and inspection processes
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
