Description

• Manage preconstruction activities for K12 property construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate potential challenges.
• Lead pre-bid meetings and ensure accurate documentation of project requirements.
• Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers for optimal project delivery.
• Oversee value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
