The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of a growing retail organization. This temporary position is based in Fort Lauderdale and focuses on delivering exceptional hiring experiences for both candidates and stakeholders.

Description

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the retail industry.
